Beat the Summer heat with these refreshing White Tea Mango Orange Ice Pops. Combining the delicate flavours of white tea with the tropical taste of mango and a hint of coconut, these ice pops are a delicious way to stay cool. The addition of vodka gives them a delightful twist, making them perfect for Summer parties and gatherings. Ingredients:
02 White Tea Mango Orange tea bags
03 cups of water
01 cup of cold coconut water
¾ cup - 01 cup of simple syrup
01 cup of vodka
01 cup of orange juice
½ cup of lime juice
Zest of 02 limes
01 - 02 cups of frozen, diced mango
Directions:
Start by brewing the tea, boil the water and add in the tea bags, let it steep for around 07 - 08 minutes.
Gently press in the tea bags to get all of its flavour contents and discard them.
To the brewed tea, add in the cold coconut water and place this mixture in the refrigerator to cool completely.
Next to a pitcher, combine vodka, lime zest, orange and lime juice, add in simple syrup as per your sweet preference.
Take the brewed tea mix out of the refrigerator and combine it with the liquid in the pitcher, stir well.
Finally add in like a tablespoon of diced mango to each popsicle bag and fill in the bags with the tea mix, continue this with the remaining mixture.
Freeze your ice pops for around 12 - 24 hours until completely frozen. Enjoy!
Notes:
You can make a simple syrup quite easily at home, place a 1:1 ratio of sugar and water in a pot on low flame, let it simmer until the sugar is dissolved, additionally let it simmer for another 05 minutes.
