Returns & Refunds Policy

At Basilur Tea, we take great care to ensure every product meets our quality standards. If you experience an issue with your order, please reach out to us atΒ info@basilurtea.com, and our team will be happy to assist you.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method whenever possible, or issued as store credit where appropriate. A refund covers the amount paid for the eligible product and, where applicable, the original shipping charges. Customer satisfaction remains our priority.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

  • Items must be sent back to us for review. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect product.
  • Requests must be made withinΒ 14 daysΒ of receiving the order.
  • Products that have been substantially used or consumed (more than two servings) are not eligible for return.
  • Returns based on personal preference or change of mind, including choosing a different tea or flavour, cannot be accepted.
  • Products remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received at our facility.
  • A restocking charge of up toΒ 15% of the product valueΒ (excluding shipping) may be applied where applicable.
  • In certain cases, Basilur Tea may offer a refund without requiring the item to be returned. In such instances, ownership of the product will not transfer to Basilur Tea.
